Following is a brief summary of the benefits (not including federal programs such as workers compensation, etc) offered to our valued full time RCC employees. Benefit eligibility begins after the introductory period of 60 calendar days…


Paid leave:

Employment up to two years:             5 days

From two years – five years:              10 days

More than five years:                         15 days


All full time employees receive their birthday as a paid holiday!  All full time employees receive holidays in which center is closed as paid.  In addition, RCC has elected to close from December 24th until the first business day following New Years Day to allow our staff valuable time with their families.


Center Discounts for Childcare:

RCC offers all full time employees the opportunity, when space is available, to enroll one child in our center at no cost.  Additional children may be enrolled according to the following tuition discounted rate:

Employment up to three years        25%

From three years to five years          50%

More than five years                        75%

Medical Insurance: RCC currently offers health insurance coverage through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Medical, vision care dental and prescription drug coverage’s are currently included in the insurance. Our Center pays 100% of the lowest prevailing individual rate.

Retirement Plan (403B): Our Center provides eligible employees with a 403(B) Retirement Plan.  This plan is designed to be used in combination with the employee’s Social Security benefits and personal resources to provide an employee with an income at retirement age. Each eligible employee may contribute a percentage of their income – pretax. RCC contributes a 50% match for each employee up to 6%.

Tuition Assistance Program: To encourage professional development, our Center offers a tuition assistance program to eligible employees who attend workshops or classes directly related to their jobs.  Full time employees are eligible to participate in this program upon completion of their Introductory Period. The current maximum reimbursement is $1000 per calendar year.
